Return Policy


We hope you enjoy our products! Please reach out to us if you are not satisfied.  If we make a mistake in your order, we will be happy to correct your order. Please check your order upon receipt for accuracy and any damages.

Due to the nature of the product and to comply with our strict quality control procedures, we are unable to issue a refund on food products once your order has been shipped. Please double check all orders for accuracy. Exceptions may be made in specific circumstances (i.e. damages, other).

If deemed eligible for refund, returns on unopened and unused accessories must be done within 14 days of purchase. You will be responsible for safely repackaging the product (we recommend you keep the original product packaging for ease of return). Once we receive the returned product and verify it hasn’t been opened or used, we will initiate a refund less the return shipping charge. Tea products are not eligible for return.

After the return process is complete, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Depending on your payment method, refunds may take several business days to post to your account.
