One and Two and Three and BREATHE! This tea contains two well-known herbs that are used for respiratory health: mullein and marshmallow. These herbs are used to help loosen and expel mucus and they also may have anti-inflammatory properties. The marshmallow has the added benefit of coating the lining (mucous membranes) of your mouth, throat, lungs, and stomach The peppermint adds a refreshing cool sensation throughout the respiratory tract adding benefits of digestion and a fresh breath!*

Organic Ingredients: Marshmallow leaf, Mullein leaf, Peppermint leaf.

Caffeine level: None

**Tiny hair-like particles on the mullein leaf may cause irritation to the throat for some. If you are already using tea filters such as a cloth bag or paper filter this should work fine to filter. Stainless steel infusers (depending on how large the holes are), may leave residuals that settle to the bottom of cup. Avoid drinking the particles that settle at the bottom of the cup if bothersome to you. Not everyone is bothered by this.

Please note: The amount of product in packages may appear different even though the weight is the same. This is due to the character of the leaves and roots. For example, some leaves are rolled and denser compared to fluffier herbal leaves. Roots also add more density. On average, 1.5 oz will make 20-30 servings. TEAser size 3-5 servings. It is recommended to start with a minimum amount (1 teaspoon) and adjust to taste. A little bit goes a long way. The high quality of our loose leaf tea makes it perfect for re-steeping.
