1. Choose from 5 RESTORE Regimens:

2. Each Regimen comes with a customized plan specific for your area of focus. They will all have three phases: Remove, Reset, and Replenish. This is designed to be a 42-day (6-week) program which you can Repeat and Rotate for Total Body Wellness! (at least 3 cycles recommended)

3. Each Regimen includes:

4. About each phase:

• Replenish: the phase is a time for refilling and refreshing, including maximizing, and establishing a maintenance plan for desired health outcomes.
